Mr. Market is a private beta. Anyone can read these docs, but connecting an assistant needs a Mr. Market account that has joined the beta.
Joining#
You join with an invite link from the person who runs the beta. It looks like:
https://mrmarket.fyi/enter?code=mm-…- Personal invites are made for one email address. Open the link, then create your account (or sign in) with that same email. The sign-up form starts with the invited email filled in.
- One invite per person. It works for you again on another device, but nobody else can use it.
- Some invites expire after 7 or 30 days if unused. An expired or revoked link says so; ask for a new one.
- You can sign in with Google, with an email and password, or with an emailed sign-in link.
Once you're in, every page of https://mrmarket.fyi and the MCP server are open to you.
Connecting assistants#
Each app you connect gets its own read-only access, separate from your password:
| Connections per account | Up to 5 at once (connecting a sixth replaces the oldest) |
| Lasts | 90 days, then the app asks you to sign in again |
| Disconnect | Account → your assistants → Disconnect. It stops at once. |
| What it can do | Read the research you can see on the site. Nothing else. |
Disconnecting one app never affects another, or your sign-in on the website.
What members can't do through the MCP#
- Change anything: no saved lists, notes, settings or refreshes.
- Load companies that aren't in the saved universe (the website can't either).
- See another member's data. There is none to see: the MCP only serves shared research.
Leaving#
Disconnect your assistants in Account, then remove the server from each app (see troubleshooting).
