# VS Code

Add Mr. Market to GitHub Copilot in VS Code with one click or in mcp.json.

Mr. Market works with Copilot's agent mode in VS Code.

Add this to `.vscode/mcp.json` in a workspace (note the root key is `servers`):

When the server starts, VS Code asks you to sign in; Mr. Market's sign-in opens in your browser. Choose **Allow**.

## Use it

Open Copilot Chat, switch to **Agent** mode and ask. Mr. Market's [skills](https://docs.mrmarket.fyi/skills.md) appear as prompts: type `/` and
look for `mcp.mr-market.` entries.

The same configuration works in other editors that read `mcp.json` with a `servers` key.

## Remove it

Remove the entry (or run **MCP: List Servers → mr-market → Uninstall**), then disconnect it in
[Account](https://mrmarket.fyi/account).
