# Claude Code

Add Mr. Market to Claude Code with one command, sign in with /mcp, and run workflows as slash commands.

## Add the server

In a terminal:

```bash
claude mcp add --transport http --scope user mr-market https://mrmarket.fyi/mcp
```

`--scope user` makes it available in every folder and keeps it out of project files.

## Sign in

1. Start Claude Code with `claude`.
2. Type `/mcp`, pick **mr-market** and choose **Authenticate**.
3. Your browser opens Mr. Market's sign-in. Sign in and choose **Allow**.

`/mcp` now shows mr-market as connected. Check with:

```text
What can you look up with mr-market? Call about.
```

## Workflows as slash commands

Mr. Market's [skills](https://docs.mrmarket.fyi/skills.md) are MCP prompts, so they show up as slash commands:

```text
/mcp__mr-market__company-snapshot COST
/mcp__mr-market__earnings-call-review MSFT
```

Type `/mcp__mr-market__` to see them all.

## Install the skills too (optional)

To let Claude Code pick a workflow on its own, install them as Agent Skills:

```bash
npx skills add https://docs.mrmarket.fyi
```

See [skills](https://docs.mrmarket.fyi/skills.md#install-them-as-agent-skills) for what that installs.

## Allow the tools without asking

Every tool only reads. To stop Claude Code asking each time, add this to `~/.claude/settings.json`:

```json
{
  "permissions": {
    "allow": ["mcp__mr-market"]
  }
}
```

## Remove it

```bash
claude mcp remove mr-market --scope user
```

Then disconnect it in [Account](https://mrmarket.fyi/account).
